Xtreme LiteOS 10 is based on Windows 10 tweaked edition, especially to improve gaming performance in low end PCs.
This build is based on latest Windows 8.1 (9600.19873)
ISO used for tweaking :-
Idle RAM Usage :- 250MB
ISO Size :- 2.5Gb

To Install Language Packs:

Go To Control Panel > Time & Language > Add Language > Search for it > Click on options (make sure to be online) > Download the language Pack.

1GB (gigabyte) RAM (32-bit) or 2GB RAM (64-bit).
16GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20GB (64-bit).
DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver.
